Our Board of Directors

Maria Santangelo, President

Maria joined Pine Run Retirement Community in 2010 as Senior Director of Villager Services, heading up all of the residential and professional services rendered to the 300+ Independent Living Residents. She became the Executive Director of Pine Run Retirement Community in 2018, overseeing a continuum of care for over 550 individuals. She leads the Pine Run Senior Leadership and Management Teams to maintain the mission of being an exceptional retirement community. A stalwart proponent of servant leadership, it is Maria’s personal philosophy to ensure that all individuals are treated with respect and dignity; and that when possible we support and accommodate their needs and desires so they can continue to live a dignified life. Maria resides in Jeffersonville, PA with her four legged son Gizmo.

 

Leah Berry

Leah is a Senior Account Executive with Entercom based in Washington, DC. She has worked in media sales for over 15 years. A native Washingtonian, Leah is an avid equestrian, and longtime supporter of the Retired Race Horse project. Her horse Trumbull is an Off The Track Thoroughbred. They compete in local and regional hunter/jumper horse shows. Leah is active in local professional groups as well organizations with a focus on community based activism.

 

Mimi Lipson, Recording Secretary

Mimi is a Senior Executive Assistant at Pine Run Retirement Community. As a parent to two grown sons, she picked up valuable skills along the way, including advocating for others and helping them identify opportunities to reach their highest potential. With over 40 years of administrative experience, Mimi has worked behind the scenes supporting executive teams and direct care associates. Mimi and her husband Jeff live in Doylestown, PA with their son Jacob and two red poodles.

 

Mary Jane Mumford

As a retired schoolteacher, Mary Jane values nothing more than knowledge and helping others reach their full potential. Knowledge provides the springboard for change and helps bring about a positive path toward the future. She is proud be part of a foundation that strives to create opportunities for women and children so their future can be all that they envision. Mary Jane lives in Southern California with her husband Tom.  A frequent visitor to Nepal, she has hiked the Himalayas, she has volunteered and she has taught English as a second language. Mary Jane’s motto is, “together we can make a change.”

 

Terrance Randolph

Terrance is the Senior Director of Human Resources for Pine Run Retirement Community. With over two decades of HR experience in Senior Living, he is dedicated to ensuring a quality, safe work environment for all Associates. He is a certified SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) professional. Terrance has supported his eldest daughter who has participated in two service programs internationally. He lives in Lansdale with his four daughters.

 

Marianne Santangelo

Originally from Blue Bell, PA, Marianne has been living in Alpharetta, GA for the past 25 years.  She is currently a Senior Channel Marketer at Kimberly-Clark Professional.  During her 30-year career with Kimberly-Clark, she has held many sales and marketing roles.  An avid traveler Marianne has been to several continents. Following in her mother’s footsteps of serving others, Marianne’s daughter, Kelsey, lives in Brookhaven, GA and is a BCBA Program Supervisor at Chance Light Autism Services.

 

Nicolette Theisen, Treasurer

Nicolette is a consultant with over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance functions in both public and private sectors. She works predominately with entrepreneurial companies assisting with various accounting services, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, budgeting and cash management services. Nicolette is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County and currently lives in Blue Bell, PA with her spouse, Jeffrey and their son, Dylan.

 

Laura Wortman

Laura is vice president and chief development officer for Doylestown Health.  With nearly two decades of fundraising experience in the healthcare arena, Laura is dedicated to raising funds to enhance the lives of those who benefit from the generosity of others.  Working in the non-profit sector is not only a job but is a passion for volunteer work as well.  In addition to serving on the Board of the Ama Chhorri Foundation, Laura also sits on the Doylestown Health Foundation Board of Trustees.  She lives in Bryn Mawr with her toddler son, Charlie.
